I visited this salon for the first time the day before my flight, and it turned out to be THE BEST spontaneous decision I’ve made. I don’t normally trust hairdressers, but Claudia completely changed that. She gave me the perfect hair colour, and it was exactly what I wanted and more! I felt so comfortable and at ease. And Lilly! Her bouncy blow-dry was flawless. Together Claudia and Lilly are truly a dream team! This review may be two weeks late, but I have been complimented ever since. The experience is unforgettable, thank you. Highly recommend this salon!!!!!!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff who are happy with the way they are managed and we all know that a happy staff means good outcomes for customers! Friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Delighted at their move from Richmond Road closer into Kingston. The fact that staff praise the management style of their boss says EVERYTHING you need to know. Great place to come for bright colours as well as more natural ones. Call them for more details. I'm sticking with my turquoise!

I had a great first visit to the salon. I hadn’t had a hair cut in a few years and wanted to refresh it while keeping the length. Mia was very welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and respected my wishes without pressuring me to cut off more than I was comfortable with. The appointment was relaxed and efficient. Mia was easy to talk to, made friendly conversation, and offered me a drink, which was a nice touch. The salon was clean and calming, and the wash was lovely. Overall, it was a positive first impression. I’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve known Ella for over 8 years now and have been coming to her for my haircuts ever since. She always knows exactly what I want and never disappoints -her attention to detail and understanding of my style is amazing. I was so glad to find her again at Lovelee Hair after she left her previous salon. She’s truly brilliant at what she does, and I can’t recommend her enough! Also, the products she recommended were absolutely fantastic — they’ve made such a difference. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers consistently excellent results, Ella is the one!

This review is for Claudia who was so friendly, professional and talented. She did a fix on my recent hair colour and cut that completely changed everything for the better! The colour was beautifully blended and resulted in my hair looking sunkissed. On her advice no toner was needed. Previous toner had been used which dulled down the colour and made it almost invisible. Claudia also fixed my hair cut and I couldn't be happier with the result. Finally her styling was fabulous too! If you go to this salon ask for Claudia!
